The heart of the Israel study tour is to explore the Biblical text in its original location and culture. In Ezekiel 20:6, God describes the Promised Land as the most beautiful of all lands. As we explore the geographical locations that provide the setting for His epic plan of salvation we will walk the land of the patriarchs, explore the ruins of the cities of the monarchy, and witness firsthand the region of the work of our Messiah and Savior, Christ the Lord. The heart of the Greece, Turkey, and Rome study tour is to explore the Biblical text in its original location and culture. Over half of the New Testament is written in or from these places. As we explore the geographical locations that provide the setting for His people to engage the culture of the first century, we will walk the land of the Paul, John and the first Christians, explore the ruins of the cities of the epistles and the seven churches of Revelation, and begin to understand how the gospel spread in a Greco-Roman world, strikingly similar to our own.
